Refund policy
Generally, we do not accept returns.
However, we will only give you a refund if:
・If a different product than the one ordered is delivered. ・If damage occurs during delivery. ・If a defective product is delivered.
If you would like a refund, please provide your order number, name, invoice, and proof photos (a set of images from the shipping box to the product).

Damage and Problems <br>Please be sure to check your items upon receiving your order. If the item you receive is defective or damaged, or if you receive a different item than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the problem and take appropriate action.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items <br>Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants), customized items (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products) are non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds <br>For refunds, please inspect the product upon receipt and contact us by email with the results. Once your refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, refunds may take longer to complete depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company.
